We have a strong and successful relationship with the Allstate Commercial Expanded Marketing Program. We have been a CEM partner with Allstate for over ten years and are ready to help you write more commercial business.

To contract with NWC Insurance Services you will need to fill out the Allstate producer packet, which contains the following forms.

1. Contract
2. Producer Profile
3. W9
4. Washington Affiliation form - for Washington State agents only

We will also need:

5. A copy of the agent's license.
6. A copy of your agency license (if applicable).
7. Certificate of Insurance for your E & O Coverage.
8. A copy of the certificate of completion that you printed off the LRN training website.

If you are in any of the following states:

1. CA or IL: We need your bond.
2. NY: We need your broker license
3. NC or SC: We need your broker's license and your bond.

4. WA:  We need the completed affiliation form and the credit card authorization form for $20.00.
