• Complete “Agents EQ & DIC Quote Sheet”
• Obtain First Right of Refusal from underwriter
• Obtain plot plan or other diagram (Pre-1945 properties, we need Engineers Report).
• Fax all of the above to Northwest Insurance Agency at 1-866-577-7595

NORTHWEST REVIEWS THE SUBMISSION

• If submission is NOT complete, Northwest will request additional information from the agent
• If submission is complete, Northwest will request a quote from the appropriate carriers
• When the quote is received from the carrier, Northwest will fax the quote and binding instructions to the agent

AGENT CLOSES THE DEAL

• Agent presents the quote to the client
• Client provides check to agent for deposit amount due
• Agent faxes copy of check to Northwest Insurance Agency
• Agent mails check to Northwest
  

NORTHWEST BINDS COVERAGE AND SERVICES ACCOUNT

• Upon receipt of faxed documents, Northwest will review for accuracy and notify carrier to bind coverage
• Northwest will notify agent that coverage has been bound
• When policy is received from carrier, Northwest will review policy for accuracy
• Northwest will mail agent copy and insured copy of policy to the agent
• Northwest will process all certificate requests
• Northwest will process all endorsement requests
