For your convienence we have two methods available to you for submitting
In-home applications:
- Submit application online.
- Fax application to 866-577-7595.
Northwest Reviews Submission, Provides Quotation
- If submission is complete, Northwest quotes the account.
- If submission is not complete, Northwest will request
additional information from the agent.
- Upon quoting the policy, Northwest will fax the quote
and binding instructions to the agent.
The Binding Process
- Once the client agrees to place the business, agent signs
all appropriate documents.
- Agent faxes a copy of check and all documents to Northwest.
- Northwest issues a binder of coverage and faxes it to the agent.
Service during the Policy Period
- Upon receipt of the faxed documents, Northwest reviews for
accuracy and completeness.
- Policy will be sent directly to the insured. We will provide
a copy to the agent.
- Northwest will process all certificate requests.
- Northwest will process all endorsement requests.
- The insured that has opted for a direct payment plan will be
billed directly by the carrier.
